Shot Heard 'Round the World: Who Fired First?      I have read several different accounts of what happened on the fateful day of April 19, 1775, when the "shot heard 'round the world" was fired and the Revolutionary War officially began. There are arguments about which side fired first, and just what it was that the Militia of Lexington was trying to do that day. Therefore, I think it is important to present a version of the events of that day that I have not seen given wide distribution lately. For what follows I am going to be relying mainly on what I have heard said at patriot rallies by people who were descendants of the men who stood on Lexington Green that day. The Trial That Invented Liberty: "Those people who are not governed by GOD will be ruled by tyrants."   -William Penn Edward Bushell and three fellow  JURORS  learned this lesson well. They refused to bow to the court. They believed in the absolute power of the  JURY , though their eight companions cowered to the court. The four  JURORS  spent nine weeks of torture in prison, often without food or water, soaked with urine, smeared with feces, barely able to stand, and even threatened with fines, yet they would not give in to the judge. Edward Bushell said, "My liberty is not for sale," though he had great wealth and commanded an international shipping enterprise. These "bumble heads", so the court thought, proved the power of the people was stronger than any power of government. They emerged total victors. Do You Know Who Owns Your Car?  On February 10, 1987, Tennessee Department of Revenue Operations Supervisor Denise Rottero told Judge Geer how Tennessee's auto registration works. The process begins with the "surrender" of the Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) by the auto dealer to the Department of Revenue in exchange for Certificate of Title. Asked if a MSO is proof of ownership -Legal title -to the automobile. Ms. Rottero said, "Yes" "Are you telling me that the ownership of an automobile is NOT title; it's merely evidence that title exists. Your car's legal TITLE is the MSO, which the dealer surrendered to the state. Ms. Rottero said the MSO is put on microfilm for permanent keeping, the original destroyed. The Battle America Lost in 1913 By Michael Edwards I don't imagine many people have read  The Coming Battle -The International Monetary Conspiracy Against The United States  by M.W. Walbert, written in 1899. It isn't required reading in our government school system. This book details the attempts by the big European banking families to control the resources of this country by controlling the government via control of the Treasury. The First and Second Banks of the United States were their early attempts at forming a National Bank, privately owned, to oversee our money supply. President Andrew Jackson crushed the Second Bank of the United States in one of the most heroic stands ever taken by an American citizen. He is treated like a villain in modern history classes. These international "banksters" finally succeeded in 1913 with the passage of the Federal Reserve Act. This bill, previously orchestrated by Nelson Aldrich, was soundly defeated under President Taft.
